КМЕТЪТ РАЗГОВАРЯ С ДИРЕКТОРИ НА ДЕТСКИ ГРАДИНИ ЗА ДЕЛЕГИРАНИТЕ ИМ БЮДЖЕТИ ОТ ДОГОДИНА

Кметът на община Сливен Стефан Радев се срещна с директори на детски градини от общината. На срещата бяха обсъдени делегираните бюджети, които влизат в сила за детските градини от началото на 2018 година. Разходните стандартите, на базата на които се определят бюджетите на детските градини догодина, ще са различни от сегашните. От първи януари 2018 г. те ще са три:  стандарт за институция, стандарт за група  и стандарт за дете. Експерти от община Сливен призоваха присъстващите да са много внимателни, тъй като делегираният бюджет дава много права, но и носи сериозни отговорности.

Кметът Стефан Радев насочи вниманието към това да се прави разлика между държавно – делегирана и местна дейност. От държавно делегираната дейност се  изплащат заплати, а от местна дейност се финансира издръжката и храната.

Заради изразени притеснения около предстоящата работа по Закона за обществените поръчки, кметът пое ангажимент до дни да се организира обучение за представители на детските градини. На срещата днес присъстваха и заместник-кметовете Пепа Чиликова и Румен Иванов.

Кметът Стефан Радев се срещна днес и с представители на социалните институции. По време на срещата те представиха  спецификата в своята дейност. Обсъдиха се и проблеми в работата по изготвяне на доклади, доставката на хранителни продукти и други въпроси.  Беше направена цялостна оценка на анализа, изготвен от служителите на социалните заведения. Присъстващите получиха уверение, че общината ще продължава да работи по всички належащи въпроси и ще се търсят алтернативни решения.
